The service
Revdrift helps merchants compare Shopify order data with the costs and margin rules they provide. It surfaces findings, can add audit tags, and—only when a merchant enables the feature—can place temporary holds on eligible merchant-managed fulfillment orders with complete cost data.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your costs, prices, tax treatment, fulfillment rules, and operational decisions. Revdrift provides operational decision support; it is not accounting, legal, tax, financial, or fulfillment advice. You remain responsible for order acceptance, fulfillment, customer communications, and compliance with applicable law.
Launch scope
The current launch release evaluates USD orders only. Revdrift does not bill, tag, or hold orders in another currency. Automatic fulfillment holds are opt-in, apply only to complete-data margin breaches, and are released according to the duration you configure.
Access and billing
You must maintain an authorized Shopify shop and may use Revdrift only for your own legitimate business operations. Paid access, usage limits, trials, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and billing are governed by the plan shown in Shopify and the Revdrift app at the time of purchase.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service. We will use reasonable notice for material changes that affect active merchants.
